DCL Successfully Participates in Marintec China 2025 — Showcases Marine Electric Actuator Solutions

Shanghai — DCL is pleased to announce that it has successfully participated in Marintec China 2025, held from December 2–5, 2025 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC), Pudong, Shanghai.

Exhibition Overview

Marintec China is one of Asia’s most influential maritime exhibitions, with over 2,200 exhibitors and a global attendance expected from around 100,000 visitors from multiple countries and regions. As the 2025 edition featured expanded exhibition space across multiple halls and showcased the full marine supply-chain — from shipbuilding and marine equipment to green-shipping and digitalization trends — it provided a major international platform for maritime technology and innovation.

DCL’s Participation & Exhibit Highlights
  • At Marintec China 2025, DCL focused exclusively on its core product: marine-grade electric actuators. DCL did not exhibit sensors or unrelated equipment — maintaining its specialized commitment to actuator solutions.

  • The exhibited electric actuators are designed for critical marine applications such as valve control and mechanical actuation systems onboard ships, aligning with industry demand for reliable and high-quality marine control components.

  • During the exhibition, DCL’s booth attracted the attention of shipbuilders, shipowners, marine-engineering firms, and system integrators. Many engaged in in-depth discussions with DCL’s team regarding potential collaboration for new building projects, ship retrofits, and marine automation integration.

Introduction to DCL Marine Electric Actuators

DCL-02 Electric Actuator Ultra-compact Three main features: ultra-compact size (smaller than a soda can), ultra-high torque (18Nm/15S), and excellent protection performance (all-aluminium alloy casing).

The DCL waterproof series electric actuators (CSA) are designed for harsh outdoor and high-humidity environments, offering excellent sealing performance and long-term reliability.

Main features:

  • High-level protection: The overall structure achieves IP67 / IP68 protection, capable of withstanding long-term exposure to rain, moisture, dust, and short-term immersion.
  • Integrated structure: The motor, reduction mechanism, and control module are designed compactly, effectively reducing external connection points and improving overall waterproof and dustproof capabilities.
  • High-reliability materials: The housing is die-cast from full aluminium alloy and surface-treated for corrosion resistance, suitable for corrosive environments such as seawater and chemical vapours.
  • Various power supply options: Supports 24VDC, 110/220VAC, and other power forms, convenient for integration in different application sites. Precise control: Equipped with high-precision position feedback and intelligent control board, capable of switch-type and modulating control modes.
  • Typical applications: Water treatment plants, seawater desalination systems, ship equipment, outdoor water supply networks, HVAC, and sprinkler systems, where pipelines are exposed to humid environments over a long period.

In the deep-sea shipping industry, the DCL electric actuator is highly trusted for its small size, light weight, corrosion resistance to salt spray, resistance to humid heat, and over 20 years of stable operation, making it the preferred choice in the industry.

Significance for DCL and the Maritime Industry

DCL’s successful appearance at Marintec China 2025 not only enhanced its visibility within the global maritime equipment supply chain, but also positioned it as a dedicated, professional supplier of marine actuators. In an industry increasingly emphasizing automation, reliability, and adaptability, DCL’s focused product strategy helps meet growing market needs.

Looking ahead, DCL intends to continue refining its actuator solutions, responding to evolving marine industry demands, and exploring collaboration opportunities with domestic and international shipyards, shipowners, and system integrators.
