Cryogenic electric actuated ball valve with direct mounting for liquid gas industries
Features
Cryogenic ball valve
- Media temperature can be -196℃ or lower
- Size from DN08 to DN100, 1/4" to 4"
- 304L(CF3), 316L(CF3M), alloy steel material available
- Upstream vent hole for cavity relief in the closed position
- Ball drilling in the stem mark for cavity relief in the open position
- Fire safe and anti-static design
- Stem extension avoids any stem freezing and allows easy valve operation
- Full port or reduced port optional
- ISO 5211 top flange for easy automation
Electric actuator
- 1/4 turn operation with mechanical limits
- Non ventilation heavy duty motor with overheat protection
- Corrosion resistances housing with rust passivation aluminum alloy and thermally bonded polyester coating
- Local button to cut off power when emergency issue happens for manual operation
- De-clutchable handwheel is safe, reliable, labor-saving and small
- Valve position indicator/flat or convex
- Standard ISO5211 direct mounting
- Certified by CSA per UL standard/CE marked
Description
DCL cryogenic electric ball valves are widely used for LNG, liquid oxygen, gas oxygen etc. Cryogenic ball valves are treated at gas nitrogen or liquid nitrogen to improve the metal’s toughness in very low temperature. Long stem can avoid low temperature to freeze the actuator and output drive.
