Description
The DCL-02G is purpose-built for high-security industrial environments requiring 12VDC or 24VDC safety power supplies. Its low-voltage architecture inherently eliminates electrical hazards, ensuring uncompromising safety for on-site personnel.
At its core is a rare-earth permanent magnet motor, which generates significantly higher magnetic flux than conventional ferrite alternatives. This allows the actuator to deliver superior torque and high power density within a remarkably compact footprint. Furthermore, the motor is engineered for exceptional load stability. Unlike standard DC motors prone to speed fluctuations, the DCL-02G maintains a consistent operating velocity regardless of load variations. This precision ensures fluid valve control, minimized vibration, and a notably low thermal footprint—delivering reliable, efficient performance in the most demanding applications.
