CSA certificated quarter turn electric actuator/complied to UL standard
Features:
- Torque from 18Nm to 3000Nm/160in.lbs to 26550 in.lbs
- All parts are certified by CSA, complied to UL 429 and CSA C22.2
- Weather proof NEMA 4/4X and IP67 sealing grade with aluminum alloy housing cover/IP 68 optional
- Duty cycle 60% for 18Nm/160in.lbs model and 70% for all other model
- Self-locking at any position when power off
- Limit switches to confirm valve position/potentiometer or position transmitter optional
- ISO 5211 multi-flange mounting
- Manual override with wrench or handwheel
- Optional functions such as Modbus Communication,fail-safe return,over torque protection,Dehumidifying heater and so on.
Description
Since 2013, the standard weatherproof series of DCL electric actuators has maintained continuous CSA certification, fully and strictly complying with both United States (ANSI/UL) and Canadian (CSA C22.2) baseline electrical safety standards. Expanding its hazardous location capabilities, the DCL explosion-proof series successfully navigated rigorous explosive environment testing and officially achieved full CSA certification for hazardous locations in 2020.
Beyond deepening North American safety protocols, the entire DCL product portfolio is CE marked and fully complies with RoHS 3.0 environmental directives. To guarantee absolute objectivity across all compliance metrics, all environmental tolerance and material safety testing operations are exclusively executed by the authoritative third-party agency SGS.
